In Acumatica, the contact section allows you to click “QUALIFY”. Add the reason as “Qualify by Marketing” based on your particular qualification.

How to Accept a Lead in Acumatica
 

 

The marketing team sends leads towards the sales team. Use customer relationship management system software to simplify your operations. What’s more, you will have the option to click “ACCEPT” and the reason can be “Accepted by Sales”. The status of your contact will change to “Sales-Accepted” at that point. You can click “CREATE QUOTE” and select the type of quote you want to share. For instance, you can select “Sales Quote” from the dropdown list. Generate the quote by clicking “CREATE AND REVIEW”. After this action, you’ll be redirected to the “Sales Quote” section.

Use the “Sales Quote” section to “REQUEST APPROVAL” based on your administration level. The status of the sales quote will appear as “Approved” in your Cloud-based ERP system.

How to Turn an Opportunity into a Customer in Acumatica

How to Send a Sales Order in Acumatica
 

 

It’s important to remember that you can only send a sales order to a customer through the CRM module of your ERP software. Firstly, click on the three dots for more options and click on “Convert to Order”. 

 

 

The previous step will turn your sales quote into a sales order. In the “Sales Order” section, click “QUICK PROCESS” and click “OK” after checking the option for “Release Invoice”.
