AcuPower Announces Partnership with Traild

This collaboration brings together AcuPower’s Acumatica implementation expertise with Traild’s purpose-built accounts payable automation. The goal: close the gap between Acumatica’s native AP module and the level of automation growing finance teams actually need.

What Traild Adds to Acumatica

Traild is an accounts payable and payment protection platform built specifically for Acumatica.

Acumatica’s native AP module handles invoice entry, payment scheduling and vendor management well. It doesn’t cover automated invoice capture, three-way matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, multi-tier approval routing, or fraud detection. Traild fills each of those gaps.

Finance teams use Traild to:

• Capture line-level invoice detail automatically, including multi-page and complex invoice formats

   

• Match invoices two and three ways against purchase orders, receipts and subcontracts

   

• Route approvals through configurable hierarchies, approved from any device

   

• Verify suppliers and flag unusual activity before a payment goes out

   

• Sync data with Acumatica in real time, with full document export

Why Now?

We hear the same thing from Acumatica users across manufacturing, distribution and construction. The native AP module gets a business most of the way there, and then invoice volume outgrows what a manual process can keep on top of.

How the Partnership Works

AcuPower brings Traild into three types of project:

New Acumatica implementations. Traild is scoped in from the start, so the finance team designs its AP process around automation rather than adding it later.

Existing Acumatica customers. We review the current AP workflow and identify where Traild removes the most manual work, typically invoice capture, matching and approvals.

Migrations from legacy ERP. Businesses moving off Sage, NetSuite or another system often carry manual AP habits with them. Traild gives them a cleaner starting point on Acumatica.

The partnership is effective immediately. AcuPower and Traild are marking it with a joint webinar, AcuPower x Traild | Beyond the Native Module: Automating AP in Acumatica, on Wednesday 16 September, 11:00 to 11:45 UK time.
